Return Policy
We want you to be delighted with the products you order on our website and the service you receive from us. In the event that you do have a problem with your item(s) or find them to be unsuitable, we will do our very best to make it right for you. You can return your goods via our website
Unwanted Items:
Unused goods that are either unsuitable or have been purchased from shop.sayarah.in in error may be returned for an exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt.
1. Goods must be returned to us in a new, unused and re-saleable condition (including all packaging, tags, manuals and keys, DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT PACKING AS THE RETURN BOX. This is how we ensure that YOU receive brand new and un-altered items. Please do not order multiples of the same or similar item with the intention of returning the majority of your order. Please contact us before ordering if you need information regarding your items, and we will be happy to help you avoid a return. If this policy is abused, we may charge a restocking fee, or refuse service.). If the goods are not in this condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct up to 50% of the purchase price from the refund amount.
2. Any goods returned and have not been organized by our online team are done so at your own expense and risk. We would recommend using a recorded delivery service as we will not accept responsibility for goods “lost in transit”.
3. If a refund is required we will refund you the price of the goods only. We will not refund any delivery charge you may have paid. A refund will be issued when we have received and checked the condition of the goods in question.
4. If an exchange is required we will send the new item(s) out once we have received the returned item(s). Any difference in price between the new and old product will be paid by you or refunded by us before your new product is dispatched.
5. The return is free of charge for Indian residents only .For any orders outside of India, the return postage is your responsibility.
6. For your confidence and safety, we will not accept refunds or exchanges for any returning helmet and special requested items unless any manufacturing or shipping defects.
*Special Order items are any items that are not regularly kept in stock or have special color and finish options (Levers, Colored Screens, etc) as well as any hand made items or custom parts. Feel free to contact us before you place your order to verify if your item is a Special Order item. All hand made exhausts are considered special order items.
Faulty or Wrongly Supplied Goods:
Goods supplied incorrectly or faulty must be notified within 10 days of receipt by phone (0800 123 4455), or by email (sayarah.in@gmail.com).
1. If you need to return the goods and have not organized a free return with our online team, please use any recorded delivery service. We will not accept any responsibility for goods “lost in transit”.
2. For heavy, bulky or large goods we can arrange the collection for you, but please call a member of the online team to arrange a free return.
3. Goods can also be returned to any Store with proof of purchase.
Shipping Loss or Damage items
Once the order leaves our warehouse we no longer have control of the package, and we recognize that shipping loss or damage is possible. We reserve the right to request a signature required option as well as shipping insurance from the shipping carrier in an attempt to ensure that you receive your order safely. We apologize if the addition of a required signature causes any inconvenience to you. If your order receives any damage during shipping, please take video and contact the carrier right away. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but we are happy to assist with any claims process necessary.
Gear & Apparel Specific Return Policy

we offers a 1-time sizing exchange on most riding gear and apparel (unless otherwise notated on the product page). This sizing exchange MUST be initiated with our support staff within 5 days of receiving the order. Return shipping for the size exchange is the customer's responsibility. we will cover the cost of the exchange shipment back to the customer (in the south states). This sizing exchange MUST be initiated with our support staff within 3 days of receiving your order. We will not ship out your sizing exchange order, until we have received and inspected the original item to be exchanged. All exchange orders must be received in 100% brand new, un-altered, un-blemished condition. This includes tags and packaging material.
We must stand by this strict policy. We feel this is the only way to 100% guarantee that the riding and protection gear you purchase from us have not been compromised in any way.
Our 1-time sizing exchange program is designed to offer a backup option if you have followed the official sizing guide, and still feel that you ordered the incorrect size after receiving your gear.
We fully understand our policy could be considered an inconvenience to some customers, but we feel this is an important policy for the safety of all our fellow riders, and to maintain the integrity of every item you purchase from us. If you are wanting to order riding gear simply to try on and return it if you don't like it, you will need to contact the other mega-store that allows that. We and the apparel manufacturer will fully stand behind all product warranty issues.
Please understand that any other store that will allow for returns on helmets is potentially passing on a used, dropped, or compromised product onto the next customer. We will not allow this to happen. We fully understand this will be an inconvenience to some customers, but we feel this is an important policy for the safety of all our fellow riders.

Warranty Returns:
If an item you have purchased from shop.sayarah.in develops a fault/problem within the warranty period please call 0800 130 3377 or email sayrah.in@gmail.com to discuss the best means of rectifying the problem.
1. If the fault is not obvious we will need to send the item to the supplier or manufacturer for testing. Please note this can sometimes take up to 4 weeks depending on the item and the fault or longer depending on if the item has to be sent overseas.
2. If the item is found to be faulty it will be repaired, replaced or refunded. Please arrange a free return with us online. The return is free of charge for UK residents only (i.e. excluding Highlands and Islands). For any warranties outside of the UK, the return postage is your responsibility.
3. In the event that the fault is found to be due to misuse, damage sustained after purchase or subject to normal wear and tear, we will contact you to find out whether you would like the item returned or repaired if a repair is possible. In this case, the cost of repair and return postage would be at your expense.

The customer is responsible for the safe return shipping to our location. We advise that all returns be packaged safely and that shipping insurance and tracking is purchased to protect your return. All returns must be authorized by our sales team before the return can be processed.
Once your return is received and inspected by our returns department, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-7 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account. Any reward points earned or used on a returned order will be deducted from the refund (if necessary).

Refund and Cancellation policy
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
1. Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 3 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been initiated the process of shipping, or the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you mayyou cannot cancel.
2. Sayarah.in does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, the refund / replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
3. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the seller/ merchant listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 1 days of receipt of products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 1 days of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
4.In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
